There is NO CHARGE for the evaluation. Once a technician has evaluated your drive, or media, one of our service advisors will contact you to discuss prognosis, lead times, and recovery costs.

Answer:
Our rates are based on the extent of damage and the media type. There are many variables involved when a failure occurs. Please contact one of our service advisors today for a verbal estimate.

Answer:
Depending on your specific needs, we have several levels of customer care, ranging from a 24-hour turn around to standard tracking.

Answer:
PROBE Data Solutions has the most current technology to prevent identity theft and takes every precaution to protect your financial information as well as family photos. Before the drive is evaluated, a NON-DISCLOSURE contract will be forwarded for your signature.

Answer:
Depending on the amount of data recovered, we can return it on CD/DVD, your supplied internal/external download drive, your supplied jump/flash drive, or we offer an external USB rental unit. The rental unit can hold any size drive to accommodate most data recoveries.

Answer:
If you have a static bag, insert the drive, and then bubble wrap and package with foam. The drive should fit tightly and secure inside the box.
